Registration and Fees

For each paper/poster, at least one author must attend and pay the registration fee.
Registration without a presentation is also possible.
The EarlyBird and regular registration fees also include a pre-conference welcoming reception, coffee and tea breaks, abstract booklet, and conference dinner.
Registration onsite at the conference opening is not possible, registration is only possible through the portal linked below.

For onsite registration, there is no distinction between IAFPA and non IAFPA students.

Online conference streaming: We will provide an option to follow oral presentations as an online stream. This option will be  'watch & listen only'. Questions can be addressed to presenters by email on a private basis. Individual presentations for which presenters disagree with online broadcasting may be excluded. We will share a Zoom link with the registered attendees on the conference opening, Sunday July, 9.

Note: Registration for online attendance will remain open throughout the conference, however, links will be sent out before sessions. If you register after a session has already begun, you will not receive the link until the beginning of the following session.

Note: All IAFPA members are eligible for free online streaming. Student members of IAFPA should register via the "IAFPA Member" option (i.e. free registration), non-IAFPA members who are Students should register through the "Student" option. Membership status will be checked.
